Title:
RELAY CONNECTOR OF PORTABLE ELECTROCARDIOGRAPH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2681561
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To clearly detect a lock release from the sticking failure of a body surface electrode by providing a lock detecting mechanism which keeps each induction line in the mutually separated state when a lock mechanism is laid in lock state, and mutually short-circuits each induction line when it is laid in lock released state.
CONSTITUTION: A lock switch button 10, a switch contact 34 and a compressed spring 36 forms a lock detecting mechanism B which keeps induction lines in mutually separated state when a lock mechanism A is laid in lock state (b) in replay to the switching operation of a lock slider 6 in the lock mechanism A and mutually short-circuits the two induction lines 14a when the lock mechanism A is in lock release state (a). If the overshooting of the voltage inputted to an electrocardiograph body through a cabtyre cable 14 is caused in the lock state (b), it is judged that its cause is the sticking failure of a body surface electrode to a patient.
