To provide a release sheet capable of producing a resin article that can exhibit a moist and calm matte texture, and to provide a resin article capable of exhibiting a moist and calm matte texture.SOLUTION: The present disclosure provides a release sheet used for manufacturing a resin article, in which the release sheet 1 comprises a base layer 2 and a resin layer 3 disposed on one side of the base layer. The release sheet has an uneven structure 4 on a surface opposite to the substrate layer, the uneven structure has an irregular structure, and the uneven structure has an arithmetic mean roughness (Sa) of 0.2 μm or more and 0.6 μm or less and a shortest auto-correlation distance (Sal) of 60 μm or more and 200 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
