Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel extra length adjustment structure for a wiring harness which can be installed with high space efficiency and capable of changing an extra length over multiple stages and easily.SOLUTION: A wiring harness 12 is bent to have first, second and third straight parts 14, 18 and 22 and first and second U-turn parts 16 and 20, and one end of a belt-like member 28 is fixed to a protrusion 26 that protrudes outsides over the first U-turn part 16. On the other hand, the belt-like member 28 is inserted and disposed between a binding member 24 and the first U-turn part 16 and a lock member 56 is fixed, the lock member including a lock claw 54 which is locked to first lock teeth 32 formed on one surface of the belt-like member 28 in a removable manner. The lock claw 54 of the lock member 56 is movable over the first lock teeth 32 in a direction toward the protrusion 26 of the third straight part 22. The lock claw 54 moves over the first lock teeth 32, such that the third straight part 22 can be pulled out closer to the protrusion 26 step by step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
