PURPOSE: To extremely reduce an operation current in an OFF state.

CONSTITUTION: A main switch 19 for a two-winding type latching relay is connected to a fluorescent lamp 16 in series, the 1st power supply circuit 21 using a voltage transformer as an input is connected to the main switch 19 in parallel and the output of the circuit 21 supplies operation power to a signal receiving part 25 for a remote transmitter 26. An ON driving circuit 28 for one winding 33/transistor(TR) 34 of a latching relay is connected to the switch 19 in parallel, and when an ON command signal is applied from a signal receiving part 25 to the base of the TR 34, current is allowed to flow into the winding 33, the switch 19 is turned on and the lamp 16 lights up. The output of the 2nd power supply circuit 39 using a current transformer 41 connected to the switch 19 in parallel as an input is supplied to the signal receiving part 25 as operation power and an OFF driving circuit 43 for the other winding 44/TR 45 of the latching relay is connected to the output side of the circuit 39.
