Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote controller capable of reducing burden imposed to a user.SOLUTION: A remote controller 1 includes: a remote controller body 2; plural operation buttons 3 disposed on an operation plane 21 of the remote controller body 2; a first transmission part 41 and a second transmission part 42 each of which transmits an infrared ray signal having directivity; and a control unit 8 that controls the first transmission part 41 and the second transmission part 42 to transmit an infrared ray signal corresponding to an operated operation button 3 in the plural operation buttons 3. The first transmission part 41 and the second transmission part 42 are disposed on the remote controller body 2 so that the travel direction of infrared ray signal transmitted from the first transmission part 41 and the travel direction of the infrared ray signal transmitted from the second transmission part 42 are generally parallel to the operation plane 21 but in direction opposite to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
