PURPOSE: To safely and conveniently switch a priority right by switching the priority right to a remote controller transmitting a signal when a priority right switching part decides the signal of an operation by a signal decision part.
CONSTITUTION: When a signal decision part 8 decides signals from remote controllers 1a-1n as the signals of operations, a priority right switching part 15 in a main body 14 of a hot water supply machine switches the priority right to the remote controller transmitting the signal. Although signals are exchanged between the remote controllers 1a-1n and the main body 14 of the hot water supply machine by radio, the communication can be also executed by a line wire as well. Therefore, the priority right can be set for the remote controller to be used thereafter. Thus, safety and operation convenience can be improved.
