PURPOSE: To control plural devices with different manufactures in a handy and compact form without losing multi-function by loading plural card shape electric circuits provided corresponds to a control object device to a remote control device main body.

CONSTITUTION: When a switch means 22 provided to the plural card shape electric circuits 2a∼2c provided corresponding to the control object of a remote control is applied, a control information generating means 24 detects it to generate control information to the control object device. The control information generation and transmission means 33 generates control information by an infrared-ray based on the plural card shape electric circuits 2a∼2c and the control information to control the control object device remotely. Thus, the plural card shape electric circuits 2a∼2c are provided to one set of the remote controller 1 corresponding to the control object device and radiates an infrared- ray to the control object device to apply remote control thereby applying control in a compact form without losing the function of the control object device.
