At the time of operating a producing facility 1 by a computer 4 for operation at the producing facility 1 side, keyboard 7 entry is performed, and at the time of operating the producing facility 1 by a computer 13 for a remote operation, a keyboard 15 entry is performed. The input of the keyboard 15 is transmitted through a network communicating means 12 to the personal computer 4 for an operation, and processed in the same way as the input of the keyboard 7 so that the producing facility 1 can be operated. Each time the change of a screen is generated in a display device 6 of the computer 4 for operation, the screen data are transmitted through the network communicating means 12 to the computer 13 for remote operation, and the same screen as that of the display device 6 is displayed at a display device 14.
