To efficiently and stably remove oil contents in treated exhaust for a long time.
This removal device of the oil contents is provided with a longitudinal exhaust suction cylinder 11 upward sucking the treated exhaust through an exhaust duct 6 and a water tank part 12 covering the lower end of the exhaust suction cylinder 11 in such a state as allowing the treated exhaust to pass and storing water in its inside. The lower part inside of the exhaust suction cylinder 11 is divided into a porous plate ventilation part 14 and an oil/water separation removal part 15 via longitudinal partition plates 13 and 14, the porous plate ventilation part 14 is formed of horizontal porous plates 16 and 16 fixed in a prescribed height in the inner space, and the oil/ water separation removal part 15 has the lower end part approached to the bottom of the water tank part 12 rather than the porous plate ventilation part 14 and opened to the inside of the water tank part 12. This device is also provided with overflow means 17 overflowing the water accumulated on the porous plates 16 and 16 into the oil/water separation removal part 15.
