Title:
コンクリート構造物の補修部材及び補修方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP7144199
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
To provide a repair member and a repair method for a concrete structure, which exert sufficient repair strength, may suppress water permeability to the concrete structure, and may retain water vapor permeability from the concrete structure.SOLUTION: There is provided a repair member for a concrete structure which comprises a lamination base impregnated with a composition containing aqueous silicate solution and a pozzolanic active substance having an electrical conductivity difference of 0.4 mS/cm or more, and a water repellent agent layer laminated on the lamination base. The lamination base is a base in which sheet members of multifilaments assembled in a multiaxial mesh and liquid-permeable sheets are laminated. The water repellent agent layer has a water absorption rate of 75% or less and a water vapor permeability rate of 20% or more after 24 hours immersion into water. There is also provided a repair method for the concrete structure, comprising a step of preparing the repair member, a step of attaching the repair member to the concrete structure, a step of curing the repair member, and a step of applying or impregnating water repellent agent onto the surface of the repair member so as to form the water repellent layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
