Abstract:
PURPOSE:To shorten the time of working by arranging the causes of defects which have occurred in bodies under inspection in the order from many number or occurrences, storing the causes in a defect-result storing means, retrieving the cause of the defect and the like corresponding to the symptom of the defect out of the defect-result storing means, and displaying the result. CONSTITUTION:The data of the defect results obtained in repair and inspection for a printed board are inputted through input terminal devices 6 and 7 of a QC system 1 by keying and stored in a defect-result detabase 4 through a QC CPU 2. The causes of the defects are arranged in the order from the many number of occurrences. The CPU 2 sends the defect-result data stored in the database 4 into a defect-result-data displaying device 20 by way of a communication device 5. Then, in a main CPU 21, the format of the defect-result data are converted into the retrieving data through a communication device 24. The data are stored in a master defect-result database 23. CPUs 26 and 27 in a terminal display part store the defect-result data into retrieving memories 29 and 34 from the database 4 by way of input terminal devices 30 and 35. The causes of the defects and the like corresponding to the symptoms of the defects are displayed on CRT displays 32 and 37.
