PURPOSE: To obtain a repairing material useful for mending asphalt pavement and cracks of asphalt structure, having excellent adhesion and stress transmission, comprising an oxyalkylene group-containing (meth)acrylate and a rubber component in a specific ratio.

CONSTITUTION: (A) 60-95wt.% compound of formula I (R is H or methyl; R' is 2-6C alkylene 4-6C oxaalkylene wherein two or more segments of ≥2C alkylene chains are bonded through an oxygen atom; R" is group of formula II to formula IV; (n) is 0 or 1) is blended with (B) 5-40wt.% rubber component (e.g. butadiene polymer) in 100 pts.wt. total amounts to give a mixed solution. 100 pts.wt. of the mixed solution is mixed with 2 pts.wt. 6% cobalt naphthenate (xylene solution) and 4 pts.wt. cumene hydroperoxide to give a repairing material useful for mending asphalt pavement and cracks of asphalt structure, having excellent adhesion and stress transmission.
