PURPOSE: To reduce the processing volume of a computer to deliver reports by not generating reports in preliminarily set ranges, which are individually requested by plural terminals, at each time.

CONSTITUTION: Report names of reports to be generated and discrimination codes of terminals as the delivery objects of these reports are prelimiarily registered in a report name file 2. Before report generation, a report name selected from the report name file 2 and the file name of a report file 6 where this report is stored are registered in a report management file 4. Report data is generated and stored in the report file 6 divisionally in pages having discrimination codes of delivery destinations. A report output program 8 receives the discrimination code of the terminal, which requests the report, and the report name from a report output indicating program 7 and refers to the report name management file 4 to read out the file of the indicated report name and outputs data of the page having the discrimination code of the request terminal.
