Abstract:
To provide a flame-retardant capable of improving water resistance and electric characteristics of flame-retardant resin compositions.
The surface-coated ethylenediamine phosphate is obtained by coating an ethylenediamine phosphate with a thermoplastic resin and, thereby, the flame-retardant resin composition excellent in water resistance, electrical characteristics and flame retardance is obtained.
