Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition capable of laminating patterns, comprising a main chain containing an alkyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile and styrene units, a specific graft copolymer, linear polymer, epoxy resin, polymerization initiator, etc. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition containing (A) a main chain consisting essentially of structural units derived from an alkyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile and/or styrene, (B) a graft copolymer having a structural unit derived from monomers shown by formula I and formula II (R<1> is H, 1-3C alkyl, etc.; R<2> is H, 1-4C alkyl, etc.; R<3> is 2-6C alkylene, etc.), (C) a linear polymer having a structural unit derived from monomers such as methyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile, styrene, etc., (D) an epoxy resin, (E) an ethylenic monomer and (F) a polymerization initiator to Lewis acid by active rays.
