Abstract:

To provide a resin composition for hard coat, capable of forming a hard coat layer excellent in transparency and scratch resistance on the surface of a resin plate, and to provide a laminate formed with the hard coat layer.

The resin composition for hard coat layer comprises (meth)acrylate oligomer or (meth)acrylate polymer, an ethylenic unsaturated monomer, a polymerization initiator and inorganic particulates, wherein the inorganic particulates have 5-500 nm average particle diameter and are dispersed.
