Title:
RESIN COMPOSITION HAVING IMPROVED MELT MOLDABILITY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS60161453
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: A composition, obtained by incorporating saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer with a polyamide-polyether block copolymer, and having improved long run properties on melt molding and good physical properties without gel formation nor tailing deposition.

CONSTITUTION: A resin composition obtained by incorporating (A) saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having 25W55mol%, preferably 28W48mol% ethylene content and ≥95mol%, preferably ≥98mol% saponification degree of the vinyl acetate component with (B) a polyamide-polyether block copolymer at 98/2W10/90, preferably 90/10W30/70 mixing ratio between the components (A) and (B). The component (A) to be used has 0.6W1.5dl/g, preferably 0.7W1.7dl/g intrinsic viscosity (measured by using a 15% solution in hydrous phenol at 30°C).
