Abstract:
To provide a resin composition that is excellent in thermal conductivity and electrical insulation while maintaining high strength.SOLUTION: A resin composition contains, based on (A) a polyarylene sulfide resin (A component) 100 pts.wt., (B) a polyether imide (B component) 5-100 pts.wt. and (C) graphite (C component) 5-100 pts.wt. The A component is a polyarylene sulfide resin that is obtained by a process of directly heating and polymerizing a diiodo aryl compound, solid sulfur and a polymerization inhibitor and/or a polymerization catalyst without using a polar solvent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
