To provide a resin composition excellent in a flavor-keeping property and an odor transfer-preventing performance of contents when used for application such as packaging bags and capable of especially exhibiting the performance when the contents contain aceic acid and to provide a multilayer structure using the resin composition.

The resin composition comprises (A) a saponified product of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and (B) an optically active titanium oxide. The multilayer structure has at least one layer of the resin composition.
