Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the title composition having improved weatherability, water resistance, oil resistance, heat resistance, and cohesive power, by blending a specified fluoro-copolymer with a 2-ethylhexyl acrylate copolymer.
CONSTITUTION: The title composition is formed by blending ingredients A and B as follows: the ingredient A comprises a fluoro-copolymer composed of 60W97mol% vinylidene fluoride and 3W40mol% hexafluoroacetone; the ingredient B comprises either a copolymer containing at least 60mol% 2-ethylhexyl acrylate or a multipolymer having at least two components comprising 50W95mol% 2-ethylhexyl acrylate and 5W40mol% vinyl acetate; the amount of ingredient A is 2W50wt% of the composition.
