Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin dispersion having a sharp grain size distribution and a uniform particle size, a resin particle and a safe and economical manufacturing method thereof.
SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the aqueous dispersion comprises dispersing a resin (b) or its solvent solution, or a precursor (b0) of the resin (b) or its solvent solution in an aqueous dispersion of a resin particle (A) composed of a resin (a), the precursor (b0) being caused to react to form a resin particle (B) composed of the resin (b) in the aqueous dispersion of the resin particle (A) in the case of the precursor (b0) or its solvent solution being used, thereby to give an aqueous dispersion (X1) of a resin particle (C) of a structure where the resin particle (A) is adhered to the surface of the resin particle (B).
