Abstract:

To maintain accuracy of drive transmission control as same as conventional one and to reduce manufacturing cost load.

An attachment hole 3 for mounting a rotation shaft to a center part of a disc-like gear main body 2 is formed in the gear 1. A plurality of tooth profiles 4 are formed in an outer circumference of the gear main body 2 at even intervals. As in a partial magnified perspective view about the tooth profiles 4 in a figure 2, tooth faces 4a for drive transmission meshing with another gear are formed in a face of each tooth profile 4. Specular finishing is applied to the tooth face 4a which is finished at high dimensional accuracy. A face 4b opposite to the tooth face 4a is roughly finished.
