To provide a resin laminate of superior outer appearance for which the volume, shape and number of blind cavities to be formed can be adjusted and the lightweight and the control of the rigidity can be realized, and in which marks, warps, voids and the like are not generated and also provide a manufacturing method thereof.
A resin laminate is provided with a laminate structure formed of a porous resin layer on which a cavity acceptive layer is laminated. The porous resin layer is provided with a plurality of blind cavities opened on their backs, extended in the direction of the cavity acceptive layer and formed independent each other, while the cavity acceptive layer is provided with recesses on the faces being brought into contact with the surface of the porous resin layer. In a manufacturing method thereof, a mold having molds 1 and 2, a resin injection hole 6 and a gas injection nozzle 5 is used, and a resin sheet 7 is provided on a wall section, and during and after filling a raw material resin from the resin injection hole 6 into the cavities, pressurized gas is injected from the gas injection nozzle 5 into the cavities, and the mold 2 is slid to the left correspondingly, and the blind cavities 9 are formed in the raw material resin, and the resin sheet and the raw material resin are integrated together.
