Title:
RESIN-MADE SPIKE FOR GOLF SHOE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2003033203
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a durable resin-made spike for golf shoes, which is equipped in a shoe sole, demonstrates an excellent loose-proof function itself due to the elastic deformation of slip-proof projecting parts, and thereby can effectively be prevented from coming off.

This resin-made spike 1 is formed of a rubber-like elastic resin material and has a plurality of slip-proof projecting parts 7 on the periphery parts of the lower face of the seat base part 6 exchangeably screwed in the heel part to abut on the shoe sole. The section shape in the tangential direction of the slip-proof projecting part 7 is almost trapezoidal. The center line P of the section shape is tilted in a direction to loosen the base part 6 in the circumferential direction thereof and tilted radially outward. An elastic resin material with suitable elasticity and hardness such as polyurethane resin is used as the rubber-like elastic resin material.
