This resin-made spike 1 is formed of a rubber-like elastic resin material and has a plurality of slip-proof projecting parts 7 on the periphery parts of the lower face of the seat base part 6 exchangeably screwed in the heel part to abut on the shoe sole. The section shape in the tangential direction of the slip-proof projecting part 7 is almost trapezoidal. The center line P of the section shape is tilted in a direction to loosen the base part 6 in the circumferential direction thereof and tilted radially outward.
