Abstract:

To provide a resin molding method, etc. which enables a resin mold film to be formed easily even if it is for a relatively large stator core.

This is a resin molding method for forming a resin mold film 3(3a-3f) on the surface of a stator core 2 which has an annular yoke 20, a plurality of teeth 22 projected radially with the yoke 20 as its end, and slots 25 made between the teeth 22. The resin mold film 3 is formed all around in the circumferential direction of the stator core 2 by repeating the process of a partial molding which forms a partial resin mold film 3a-3f by molding synthetic resin on the surface of the stator core 2, separately for each divided region, to n pieces of divided regions S1-S6 which are so demarcated as to divide the central angle about the axial center C of the stator core 2 equally into n pieces (n is an integer).
