Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a resin pipe for steel pipe lining in which a bonding agent of good bonding properties and blocking properties for both of the steel pipe and the resin pipe is used and the bonding agent is provided on the outer peripheral face of the resin pipe. SOLUTION: A saturated copolymerized polyester resin hot melt bonding agent layer 3 having the glass transition temperature of -25 deg.C to 10 deg.C is formed on the outer peripheral face of a resin pipe 2 composed of vinyl chloride resin of heat expansion properties, and a solution composed of ethylene.acrylic acid copolymer resin or an aqueous bonding agent composed of saturated copolymer polyester resin of hard grade is applied on the outer face of the layer to form a film layer 4 on the outer peripheral face of the bonding agent layer.
