To provide a resin for preparing an image which can manufacturing a printing plate equipped with a printing area excellent in strength, resolution and fat-sensitive properties by using an inkjet system plate making method, a printing plate and a printing plate making apparatus.
In a process for forming a required image pattern, the angle of contact of the resin for preparing the image to the surface of the printing plate is set to 90-45°, and the resin for preparing the image is made to rapidly permeate into a porous layer through a capillarity by making wettability better. In addition, at least a part of a solvent is separated from the resin for preparing the image, and for performing photopolymerization (curing) by separating photopolymerization components from the solvent inhibiting the photopolymerization, the liquid resin for preparing the image comprising a plurality of monomers or oligomers being the photo-polymerizable components, and a solvent being a non-photo-polymerizable component, and an original printing plate provided with a water-absorbing and water-resistant porous layer are used.
