Abstract:
To provide a superior resistor in reliability which can securely fix a terminal on an insulated substrate.
This device is equipped with an insulated substrate 31 which passes through between a pair of sides facing each other, a resistor layer 33 formed on one side of the insulated substrate 31, electrode layers for terminals 32A to 32E formed by being connected to the resistor layer 33 on the other side of the insulated substrate 31, and terminals 34A to 34E comprising metal plates a part of which is junctioned by welding to the electrode layers for terminals 32A to 32E. In this case, the terminals 34A to 34E and the electrode layers for terminals 32A to 32E are superposed and junctioned by welding.
