Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversible heat sensitive recording material, by which the formation and erasion of an image can be possible under clear contrast, the image stable with time can be kept under the environment of daily life and no exclusive erasing machine is necessary.
SOLUTION: In the reversible heat sensitive recording material including a colorless or a light-colored dye precursor and a reversible developer, which develops the reversible change of color tone in the dye precursor due to the difference between the cooling speeds after heating, on a support, at least one kind of a compound having a branched hydrocarbon group and an association type group in a molecule is included as a fading accelerator.
