Title:
REVERSIBLE THERMOSENSITIVE RECORDING MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2015058576
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversible thermosensitive recording material which allows formation/erasure of an image having a sharp contrast, which can hold an image stable with time and allows stable and repetitive formation/erasure of an image in an environment of a daily life, which minimizes conveyance failure due to charging in an image forming apparatus, which gives excellent visibility of a formed image, and which is significantly improved in receptivity of a printing ink, prevention of peeling after the recording material is formed into a card, and the like.SOLUTION: The reversible thermosensitive recording material includes at least the following reversible thermosensitive recording layer disposed on a support body: the reversible thermosensitive recording layer comprises a dye precursor that is normally colorless or in a pale color, and a reversible color developer that relatively forms a coloring state and an erased state depending on a difference in a heating temperature and/or a cooling rate after heating. An outermost surface layer of the recording material, on at least either of the surface on the same side as the reversible thermosensitive recording layer and the surface on the opposite side, contains at least one compound in salts between a dialkylsulfosuccinate anion and a quaternary ammonium cation, a pyridinium cation or an imidazolium cation.
