To mechanize reversing work of a panel, and to reduce labor by providing a rotary mechanism for freely rotating a clamp mechanism and the cylinder part for rotating an arm of the clamp mechanism at a desired angle.
One or more divided movable plates are properly stuck to the sandwiching part of a clamp 2 and a fixing plate 4 to reliably fix a panel. For example, a rubber plate is suitable. The driving part 5 is adjacent to the fixing plate 4 of a clamp mechanism to be fastened by a shaft in series to an arm 3. When the driving part 5 is rotated, since the clamp mechanism rotates with the arm 3 as the axis, the panel can be fixed at a proper angle. A lift 6 is installed so that the clamp mechanism can be moved in the vertical direction. The clamp 2 sandwiches the panel 10 between it and a fixing plate 7. The panel surface is rotated by the driving part 6 so as to work the reverse and the surface up to a desired angle.
