Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swivel type flame spray device which secures a high yield and a high productivity free of delivery date delay by applying a semi-automatic flame spray of uniform thickness and homogeneity as targeted to a flame spray workpiece B.SOLUTION: A swivel type flame spray device, where an index rotary machine is installed at the center of a cradle loaded with a turntable swivelled intermittently and horizontally by the index rotary machine per predetermined swivel angle with an air chuck device for gripping a flame spray workpiece B disposed in singles or twins at intervals of the predetermined swivel angle in the outer periphery of the turntable provided with a chuck rotary device for rotating the air chuck device on the axis, is characterized in that positions of stopping intermittent horizontal swivel of the air chuck device by the turntable include a supply position for supply of the unsprayed flame spray workpiece B to the air chuck device, a flame spray position for flame spray of the unsprayed flame spray workpiece B to the air chuck device, and a storage position for release storage of the sprayed flame spray workpiece B to dispose a flame spray device at the flame spray position with the flame spray nozzle disposed to be capable of flame spraying the unsprayed flame spray workpiece B gripped by the air chuck device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
