Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rice cooker and warmer capable of effectively and uniformly cooking rice regardless of an amount of rice to be cooked.
SOLUTION: The rice cooker and warmer comprises a body 1, an inner pot 2 removably stored in the body 1, a temperature detecting device 7 for detecting the temperature of the inner pot 2, a first induction heating means 6 provided in a bottom part of the body 1 for heating a bottom part of the inner pot 2, and a second induction heating means 8 provided on a lateral face of the inner pot 2 for heating the side face of the inner pot 2. The second induction heating means 8 is arranged so as to move vertically.
