To provide a rice hulling and sorting apparatus for easily supplying unhulled rice housed in a bag and an odd amount of unhulled rice to a rice hulling hopper by manual work.
The rice hulling and sorting apparatus includes: a rice hulling part (M) for hulling the unhulled rice; a wind selection part (H) for wind-selecting the hulled rice hulled in the rice hulling part (M) to chaff, empty husk and mixed rice; a mixed rice spiral (31) for conveying the mixed rice wind-selected in the wind selection part (H); a sorting part (36) for sorting the mixed rice conveyed by the mixed rice spiral (31) to the unhulled rice and brown rice, an unhulled rice spiral (50) for conveying the unhulled rice sorted in the sorting part (36); and a grain lifter (20) for supplying the unhulled rice conveyed by the unhulled rice spiral (50) to the rice hulling part (M). An opening (50c) is formed at the upper part on the unhulled rice conveyance start end side of the unhulled rice spiral (50), and an auxiliary hopper (80) for supplying grains is provided on the opening (50c). When the unhulled rice is supplied to the auxiliary hopper (80), the unhulled rice is conveyed by the unhulled rice spiral (51) and is supplied through the grain lifter (20) to the rice hulling part (M).
