PURPOSE: To ensure visibility of an operator sat on a seat, by molding a rear half side part in a specific shape, also specifying similarly a rear end edge position and width, in a casing unit used to concurrently serve as a floor surface, speed change guide plate, fender and a seat mounting plate.
CONSTITUTION: In a riding type rice transplanter A, a planting part 2 is connected rearward a running part 1 through a lift link mechanism. On the other hand, a casing unit 20 is extended on a machine body frame 10. In the casing unit 20, a rear half side part 20e, used to concurrently serve as a speed change guide plate 20c, fender 20d and a seat mounting plate 20a, is molded in a plane view lengthwise long rectangular shape, also to mold a front half side part 20f of forming a floor surface 20b into a plant view trapezoidal shape of gradually thinning a width toward the front. A rear end edge 20g is arranged in the front from an axial center of a rear axle, also to form a right/left width of the rear end edge 20g into a width shorter than a three-streak seedling mat loading width in a seedling loading base 2b, further to be set in a width broader than a space of the rear axles.
