To shorten calculation time for avoiding a collision of a robot with an object.SOLUTION: A robot control device 1 includes: a collision detection section 132 which detects a collision of a robot with an object; a drive determination section 133 which determines drive content which can avoid a collision detected by the collision detection section 132 on the basis of at least one of a learning model indicating the drive content which can avoid a collision corresponding to a situation around the robot and the past drive history of the robot when the collision detection section 132 detects the collision; and a drive control section 134 which causes the robot to stop following the operation of an operator and causes the robot to perform the drive content determined by the drive determination section 133.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
