Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a device which corrects position information on an optional point accurately and speedily and isolates a control board which has a center control part, etc., from an operation site in an evil atmosphere by arranging the control board and a console panel which sends operation commands to the center control part, etc. as different bodies. CONSTITUTION:The control board which has the center control part and a storage part and the console panel for sending operation commands to the center control part are arranged as different bodies. For example, operation conditions and position information on the optional point which are required to operate a robot body 2 are stored in the storage part 4 from the programmer device 7 of a robot controller 1 through the center control part 5 of the console panel 3, and then the position information on the optional point is corrected according to an actual object. When the object is supplied to a specific position after the correction, the robot body 2 is operated continuously for every cycle. If the robot 2 operates abnormally, the center control part 5 detects the abnormality point to stop the robot body 2, and also turns on an LED abnormality pilot lamp arranged on the console panel 8.
