The robot device comprises a voice recognition means which recognizes the command voice from the voice generated from a user and converts the command voice into one or a plurality of voice command words according to the command voice, a voice command analysis means which analyzes each voice command word converted by the voice recognition means and generates the voice command to express the command content set for each basic operation of a robot and the voice command parameters belonging to the voice command based on the result of analysis, an operation command determination means to determine the combination of the operation command to express the basic operation of the robot with the operation command parameters based on the combination of the voice command and the voice command parameters generated by the voice command analysis means, and an operation expression means to express the operation according to the combination of the operation command and the operation command parameters determined by the operation command determination means.
