Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a flow rate, a fluid temperature and a flow speed or the like to be controlled and further to enable a state of fluid held by a liquid holding layer to be properly monitored by a method wherein an adhesive agent covering layer for use in fixing the liquid holding layer in a close contacted state is formed into an arcuate sectional shape and then a trough having this arcuate sectional shape is arranged between the liquid holding layers.
SOLUTION: A liquid holding layer for fluid to be flowed is covered by a hydrophobic material so as to form a stripe-like liquid holding layer 1 and an adhesive agent covering layer 2. The adhesive agent covering layer 2 is positioned between the stripe liquid holding layers 1 so as to fix the stripe-like liquid holding layer 1 in close-contacted state. In addition, the adhesive agent covering layer 2 forms a trough 3 having an arcuate sectional shape with its central band being recessed and its both sides being raised up, wherein the extremity ends of both sides of the trough 3 are set to a low level by (t). The arcuate sectional shape of the adhesive agent covering layer 2 is adjusted by controlling a temperature and a supplying amount of flowing adhesive agent supplied to the surface of the liquid holding layer and a press-down amount/ transferring speed of a rolling press roller.
