Abstract:
To realize a rock drill having a cutter designed to optimally remove a material.
This rock drill 1 has at least one hard member 2. The hard member 2 has at least two cutters 3 and 7 made of hard material extending in the radial direction of a drill axial line A. Each of the cutters 3 and 7 has one axial cavity 4 in a radial region corresponding to 20% to 50% of the drill radius, the entire cutting edges of the cutters 3 and 7 extend over the entire drill radius without clearance when the drill rotates around the drill axial line A.
