To provide a light and soft health device which can be moved to be expanded/contracted or rotated, and which can be conveniently contained, while conventional health rods or Chinese shadow boxing rod balls are immovably fixed ones incapable of expansion or rotation which are too long to be conveniently carried, and too heavy to be freely handled by anybody for exercise of legs and arms, back bones, or the pelvis.
