In the insert-through direction of the material A, rollers 21, 22 are therefore provided with machining parts 21a, 22a to correspond to the parts in need of correction, of the material A, and the rollers 21, 22 are provided with escape parts 21b, 22b to correspond to the parts not in need of correction, of the material A. Only the parts in need of correction, of the material A can thereby be machined according to the kind of the strip material A. Consequently, the curliness, distortion, or the like of the strip material A mounted with the chip parts S or the like heretofore hard to correct can be corrected.
