CONSTITUTION: This material is a roll outer shell material for rolling which has a composition consisting of 1.5-3.5% C, ≤1.5% Si, ≤1.2% Mn, 4.0-12.O% Cr, 2.0-8.0% Mo, 3.0-10.0% V, 0.6-7.0% Nb, 10.0% Co, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities and satisfying inequalities V+1.8Nb≤7.5C-6.0(%) and 0.2≤Nb/V≤0.8.
