ECU calculates pressure difference P of air pressures of left and right wheels from air pressure information included in wheel information from TPMS valve, and determines the possibility of roll-over by whether or not a load difference corresponding value P obtained by multiplying conversion factor on the pressure difference P is a determination reference value k or more. Further, by measuring input acceleration relative to a suspension and an attenuation time, mass of the tire and a volume of the tire are successively presumed, and the correct conversion factor and the load difference corresponding value P are obtained from the volume.
