PURPOSE: To provide the titled rolling roll rolling a rolling stock with high efficiency and high luster by fitting freely rotatablys sleeve that a sealed gap is intervened to an unrotatable shaft, by giving a high oil pressure on the surface groove in longitudinal direction of the shaft and by rolling with the partially outer projecting deformed part of the sleeve.

CONSTITUTION: A sleeve 14 is fitted freely rotatably by gears 36, 40 through the gap sealed by oil seals 22B of the both ends to an unrotatable shaft 12. A high oil pressure is applied on the surface groove 18 in longitudinal direction of the shaft 12 through an universal joint 26. With the leakage prevention due to the labyrinth packing 22A of the both sides of the groove the high oil pressure projects 14A outward the sleeve 14 longitudinally and locally and a small R part is formed. The projection deformed part 14A gives a high luster to the rolling stock. Also, due to the diameter of the sleeve 14 being large enough a high speed rolling is made easy. Consequently the rolling roll thereof rolls the rolling stock with high efficiency and high luster. The joint 32 recovers the leaked oil of the rabyrinth packing 22A.
