Abstract:

To provide rollers for a cooked rice molding apparatus and a cooked rice molding apparatus which are capable of molding a molded product of cooked rice with good texture at high speed while suppressing occurrence of defective molding of a molded product of cooked rice.SOLUTION: Rollers (43, 44) for a cooked rice molding apparatus which are attached in a pair to a cooked rice molding apparatus (100) that molds cooked rice into a cooked rice molded product, and rotate in directions opposite to each other, comprise housing parts (43a, 44a) which mold a molded product of cooked rice. The housing parts include: bottom wall surfaces (43a3, 44a3) in front of rotation directions, upper wall surfaces (43a2, 44a2) in the rear of rotation directions, and side wall surfaces (43a1,44a1) connecting the bottom wall surfaces and the upper wall surfaces, and an angle of a corner formed by side wall surfaces and bottom wall surfaces is an acute angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
