Abstract:
To prevent seizure even when temperature at a contact part between a raceway surface of a raceway member of a rolling bearing for protection and a rolling element is rapidly increased at touchdown.
A ball 40 of ceramics is interposed between an inner ring 36 and an outer ring 38, the inner ring 36 and the outer ring 38 are formed of martensitic stainless steel, and a tempering process is applied within a temperature from 450°C to 500°C, to constitute the rolling bearing 30 for protection of non-contact type bearing.
