To provide a rolling bearing with a seal, in which a sufficient supply amount of oil to an outer ring, an inner ring and a rolling element is ensured, sealing resistance is eliminated and intrusion of a foreign substance is prevented.

A sealing member 70 for sealing between an outer ring 41 and an inner ring 50 comprises: an inner annular part 71 fixed to the inner ring 50; a first upright part 72 extending radially outward from the inner annular part 71; an outer annular part 73 extending in an axial direction from the first upright part 72 and forming a communication channel 76 between the outer annular part and an inner circumference of the outer ring 41; and a second upright part 74 extending radially inward from the outer annular part 73. A mesh 72a is disposed in the first upright part 72, for allowing oil in an outer space outside the outer ring 41 and the inner ring 50 to flow into an inner space between the outer ring 50 and the inner ring 41 and for preventing a foreign substance in the oil from passing. The foreign substance prevented from passing by the mesh 72 is held in a trapping part 75 formed among the first upright part 72, the outer annular part 73 and the second upright part 74.
