The rolling guide device is provided with the track rail 10 provided with projection parts 12 projected to right and left sides; and the movement block 30 in which at least four pairs of endless circulation rolling body rows 20 rolling-contacted with upper and lower surfaces of the right and left projection parts 12 of the track rail 10 are assembled. The track rail is made to the elastically deformable soft structure provided with a thin central plate part 11 elastically deformable to right and left sides; thin right and left projection parts 12, 12 projected from an upper end of the central plate part 11 to right and left sides and vertically flexural-deformable; and fixing plates 13, 13 projected from a lower end of the central plate part 11 to the right and left sides.
