Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify the structure of a rolling roller unit as much as possible, and reduce the manufacturing unit cost.
CONSTITUTION: A flange part 23 is provided on one end of a mounting screw member 20 having a support shaft part 21, a rolling roller 30 and a mounting seat member 40 are successively fitted thereto, and they are fixed by a male screw 25 formed on the other end of the mounting screw member 20. The male screw 26 is formed by rolling one end of the support shaft part 21, and the diameter of a shaft hole 43 formed on the mounting seat member 40 is set larger than the diameter of the support shaft part 21 and smaller than the ridge diameter of the male screw 25 formed on the one end.
